The 2007 Angelicus Semillon Sauvignon Blanc comes from a great vintage in the Pemberton Region which offers fabulous zingy and intense flavours from both the Sauvignon Blanc and the Semillon grapes at their best. The Semillon Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of citrus complimented by some tropical fruit characteristics on both the nose and on the palate with a lovely fresh finish. We believe that this wine would be terrific as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood, chicken, and salads.
