2006 Cleavage Unwooded Chardonnay
We think that this is the epitome of a summer wine, to be served well chilled on a hot summer's day or evening.
As a result of the long growing season of the 2006 vintage it is certainly fresh with great fruit intensity and shows loads of green melons with a nectarine richness on the palate leading to a gentle crispness on the finish. It has hints of green apples and stone fruit aromas hinting at the freshness of this wine.
